This blog post is about some of my styling tips for postpartum. I am currently three months postpartum with my second baby. My children are 15 months apart so I feel like I now have some tips regarding pregancy and postpartum clothing. I actually loved being pregnant and I will make another blog post soon about maternity clothing. To be honest, I didn't really buy many maternity items because a lot of my tops are a little oversized anyway which worked well for the bump.

This post will be about three postpartum looks that I currently love and help hide the extra postpartum weight. Even though I am three months postpartum, I feel and look like I am still five or six months pregnant - LOL - and I feel like it is worse after the second pregnancy. Granted, I have not worked out since giving birth and to be honest I'm not in any hurry.
Look Number One
I paired an oversized Free People graphic tee with dark denim. I like to tuck in the front of the shirt to kind of hide the postpartum tummy. Topshop has some cute oversized graphic tees.
Oversized tees and high waisted will be your go-to wardrobe items.
I found these high waisted jeans at T.J Maxx and they are by Michael Kors. Don't be upset if you are unable to squeeze back into those pre-maternity jeans. I actually loved wearing maternity jeans, even after giving birth, because you don't have to suck everything in just to get them buttoned - HA!
For postpartum jeans, I would suggest sizing up in a style that you like if you are wanting to wear "normal" jeans again. I am one to splurge on a pair of good jeans, but now is not necessarily the time to do this since your body is still changing. These Michael Kors jeans were only $20 at T.J Maxx. Also, Old Navy has some good and affordable options for jeans.
Look Number Two
For this look I styled a navy/white striped top with the same dark denim. The top that I am wearing is called the ruffle pullover and it's by Stella & Dot. I love it because of the ruffle sides and it is not form fitting.
I also love this oversized long sleeve tee by Hatch. It is actually maternity; however, I have been wearing it all the time postpartum since it is oversized. And it hides EVERYTHING!
Look Number Three
For the last look I paired a flowy button down blouse with high waisted denim. I tucked in the front of the top to help "hide" the postpartum tummy.
I am loving pastels for Spring and Summer this year. I found the top recently at T.J Maxx and it's by Rachel Roy.
I found some similar options from Madewell and am loving all of the color options.
I hope you enjoyed this post. If you have any suggestions or other tips I would love to hear them!
